The Customer Loyalty Program is It Works’ way of rewarding loyal customers who agree to participate in our Autoship program for a minimum of three consecutive months. In return for this, you will receive wholesale pricing. It’s entirely possible with It Works! exclusive product line you may discover how life changing they can be and enjoy these products for life! You may change your order at any time by contacting Customer Service at 616-281-1900 or by using your ID and Password to log into your e-Office and click on Autoship (see FAQ’s for instructions). You may choose to end your participation in the Autoship program anytime after your third order by contacting Customer Service and still enjoy wholesale pricing whenever you want to re-order product. There is a $50 Early Termination Fee for cancelling before fulfilling the three month minimum and you will lose your ability to order at wholesale pricing.

When you enroll in the Customer Loyalty program online you will first choose your initial order which is your first month’s order. After you fill out your online application you will come to a page that allows you to do two things. You will be able to add onto your first order on the top half of the page and you will choose what your next month’s autoship will be on the bottom half of the page. This may or may not be the same as your first product order. You will then go ahead and go through the checkout process.

Customer Loyalty Program Cancellation Order Options - Product Return Policy

If the Customer Loyalty Member cancels their membership before their three-month minimum commitment is completed, a $50 early termination fee will be charged. Members can cancel their membership after their commitment is completed at no charge. Please phone customer service at 616-281-1900. Please note: if a Customer Loyalty Member ends their auto-ship after fulfilling their three-month commitment they still are considered members and can order product at anytime in the future at wholesale pricing.

A Customer Loyalty Member may change their next auto-ship order at anytime up to two business days prior to their next shipment. These changes must be phoned in to our customer service department at 616-281-1900.

A Customer Loyalty Member may order product separately from their monthly auto-ship at anytime. All customer loyalty members will receive wholesale pricing on any orders.

Product refunds:
Since our products produce different results for different people, we do not guarantee specific results or offer a money-back guarantee. Please follow the directions with each product you receive and use our exclusive product coach to answer any of your product usage needs. Please note: the Applicators are a cosmetic product and can not be returned once the foil wrapper is opened. To receive a refund-all products must be returned within 30 days of purchase in re-saleable, un-opened, "new" condition. It Works! is not responsible for shipping costs. There will be a 10% re-stocking fee applied to all customer returns.
